Several years ago, I had an issue with an aging heat pump. Peter's team had been out for the semi annual check up and all was running fine. The temp dropped significantly & Dec 23rd, I had no heat pump. I called Prime, Peter verified that I had an alternate heat source & he came & fixed our unit on Christmas Eve. Now that's what I call great customer service.
